Contact & Booking
Contact and booking: schedule your free consultation.
Send the form and I will get back to you to arrange a 30-minute call. It is free, it is a conversation rather than an interview, and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
What happens next
Three steps, and the first one takes a minute.
You do not have to write a neat summary of your life. A sentence about what is going on is plenty to start with.

- Sessions
- Online by secure video, across New Jersey and New York
- Office
- There is no office. This is a telehealth-only practice, deliberately.
Still deciding whether to write? The services page shows what each kind of session is for, fees and insurance are set out plainly, and the FAQs answer the questions people ask first. If you would rather read than write, the resources page is the quietest way in.
Hours
Please do not use this form for anything urgent. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
That reached me.
Thank you for writing. I read every inquiry myself and I reply within one business day to find a time for the free 30-minute call.
While you wait, the FAQ page answers most of the practical questions about sessions, fees and insurance.
Book directly
Book a free 30-minute call.
If you would rather skip the form, you can request an appointment directly through the SimplePractice client portal, which is the same system I use for scheduling and for our sessions.
Opens the secure SimplePractice portal in a new tab.

One more thing
Why there is no phone number on this site yet.
There is a separate business number for the practice and it is being connected now, which is why you will see a marker rather than a number on this page. Until it is live, email is the fastest way to reach me, and it is the channel I check most often.
Email is not a secure channel for health information, so please keep it to logistics: what you are looking for, and when you are free. Anything clinical belongs in session.
